Shipping
What are the delivery times?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Allow 7 to 15 business days in Europe and 10 to 20 business days for the rest of the world (5 to 8 in France).
How much does shipping cost?
Tracked shipping is free in France, €4.90 to Europe and €7.90 to the rest of the world (shown in your currency before payment).
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it on our package tracking page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide: UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Middle East, Asia and more. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be charged by the carrier on delivery and are paid by the recipient.
Returns & refunds
Can I return a product that doesn't suit me?
Yes, you have 30 days from receipt to return a product, no questions asked. Outside France, return shipping is paid by the customer; the product is fully refunded once received. For hygiene reasons, care products (serums, masks, oils, soaps) must be returned unopened unless they are defective.
How do I request a return?
Email us at contact@ambralya.com with your order number. We will send you the return address within 48 business hours.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been received and checked, you are refunded within 3 business days to the payment method used for the purchase.
My product arrived defective or damaged. What should I do?
Contact us at contact@ambralya.com with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout (cards and compatible wallets such as Apple Pay and PayPal). Prices are displayed in your local currency. All transactions are secured by Shopify.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes, enter your code in the discount field at checkout. The conditions of each code are shown with the offer.
Our products
Are your products suitable for all hair types?
Most of our products suit all hair types. Each product page explains how to use it; if in doubt, contact us before buying.
How long before I see results?
Results vary from person to person, depending on your hair or skin and how regularly you use the products. Our products are cosmetics and care accessories: they do not replace medical or dermatological advice.
How do I use the detangling steam brush?
Fill the water tank, then brush as usual: the fine water mist moistens the hair while you brush and the soft bristles massage the scalp.
Who are we?
Ambralya is a French online store run by Fayçal Zeghouda, sole trader (SIRET 920 230 869 00017), 2 Rue des Champs Guillaume, 95240 Cormeilles-en-Parisis, France. We select accessories and care products from partner manufacturers and ship them to you directly from their warehouses.
